These terms apply to all bookings, treatments and purchases made through Madara's Beauty Salon (madaras.cy), operated by Madara Raislija (Riseley), a registered self-employed sole trader in the Republic of Cyprus (VAT Reg No: CY 08160162I).

1. Bookings

Appointments are confirmed instantly by SMS and email through our online booking system. By booking you agree to attend at the scheduled time.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge at our discretion.

3. Treatments

Treatments are provided by a qualified therapist. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy so we can adapt your treatment safely. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where it is not in your best interest.

4. Gift cards, vouchers & bundles

Gift cards and vouchers are sold via our WooCommerce store and are valid for the treatment stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bundle deals and 5-session packs are valid for the stated number of sessions and are non-transferable.
Unless otherwise stated on the product, vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices are in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice; a confirmed booking or order is charged at the price shown at confirmation.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
