Everything you need to book, buy, and manage your visits. Take it one tab at a time.
Getting Started
Create your account, sign in, and recover a forgotten password.
Why Create an Account?
You can browse treatments and the shop without an account, but registering gives you:

Your details are saved — no need to re-type them every time
Booking History
See all your past and upcoming appointments in one place
Gift Card Balance
View your remaining gift card credit anytime

Download past invoices and review online purchases

Creating Your Account

Go to the Register page
Click Sign In in the top menu, then choose Create an account. You can also use the link in any invitation SMS or email from the salon.

Enter your email and a password
Use the email address the salon already has on file for you — this links your account to your existing client record automatically. Choose a password you'll remember.

Confirm with the verification code
We send a 6-digit code to your email. Type it in to verify your address. Didn't get it? Use the Resend code link after a minute.

You're in!
Your account is ready. You'll be taken to your profile, where you can finish filling in your contact details.

Tip: Use the same email the salon already has for you. If you register with a different email, your bookings and gift cards won't link automatically — just let us know and we can match them up.
Good to know: You can also sign up with your Google account in one click — no password to remember.
Signing In

Click Sign In in the top menu
The sign-in page opens from any page on the site.

Enter your email and password
Use the details you registered with. Tick Remember me to stay logged in on this device.

You're taken to your profile
From there you can book, shop, and manage everything in one place.
Watch out: If you see "your account is not registered", it means the email you entered hasn't been signed up yet. Use the Register page to create it first.
Forgotten Your Password?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password
Enter the email you registered with.

Check your email for a reset link
Click the link in the email and enter a new password. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.

Sign in with your new password
You're all set.
Good to know: For security, the "forgot password" page always shows a success message — even if the email isn't found. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder, or contact the salon and we'll help.

Confirmation
Good to know: Online bookings start as Pending until the salon confirms them. You'll receive an SMS and email the moment your appointment is confirmed — usually within a few hours.
Step 1 — Choose Your Treatment

Open the Book page
Click Book in the top menu. Treatments are grouped into categories (e.g. Massage, Reflexology).

Pick a category, then a treatment
Each treatment shows its duration and price (including VAT). Select the one you'd like.

Choose your therapist (optional)
Pick a specific therapist, or leave it as "Any available" for the widest choice of times.
Tip: Not sure which treatment is right for you? Browse the Treatments page first — each one has a full description, duration, and price.
Step 2 — Pick a Date & Time

Choose a day on the calendar
Available days are highlighted. Greyed-out days are fully booked or the salon is closed.

Select a time slot
Available times appear beneath the calendar in 5-minute intervals. Tap the one that suits you.

Tip: If no times show for a day, the therapist may be fully booked — try another day or choose "Any available" therapist.
Good to know: Time slots account for the treatment length and a short preparation buffer, so you'll never be double-booked.
Step 3 — Your Details

Confirm your contact details
If you're signed in, your name, email, and phone are pre-filled. Check they're correct — this is how we send your confirmation.

Verify your mobile number (first time only)
Enter your mobile number in international format (e.g. +44 7XXX XXXXXX or +357 9X XXXXXX). A 6-digit code is sent by SMS — type it in to verify. This only happens the first time you use a new number; once verified, you won't be asked again for the same number.

Note any allergies or sensitivities
Tick anything that applies (nut oils, essential oils, fragrances, latex, sensitive skin) and add any notes for your therapist. This stays private between you and the salon.

Agree to the terms
Read the treatment terms and tick the box to confirm. You can review the full terms before agreeing.
Good to know: Phone verification keeps your booking secure and ensures your SMS confirmations reach the right number. The code is valid for 10 minutes — if it expires, just request a new one.
Watch out: If you're not signed in, you'll be asked to sign in or register before continuing — this keeps your booking linked to your account.
Step 4 — Payment
You have three ways to pay:
Pay Online
Pay now by card via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed faster.
Pay at Salon
Pay by cash or card when you arrive. Booking stays pending until your visit.
Gift Voucher
Apply a gift card code — the credit is deducted automatically.

Choose your payment method
Select Online, Pay at Salon, or Gift Voucher.

If using a gift card, enter the code
Type your code (e.g. MBS/K7P-D2) and tap Validate to see your balance. The credit is applied to the total automatically.

For online payment, you're taken to Stripe
Enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout. You're charged only if the booking goes ahead.
Good to know: Gift cards can cover part or all of the price. If the card doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the remainder online or at the salon.
Step 5 — Confirmation

You see a confirmation screen
Your booking reference and details are shown. Online payments are confirmed immediately; others stay pending until the salon reviews them.

You receive an SMS and email
A confirmation message is sent once your appointment is confirmed. You'll also get a friendly reminder the day before.

Manage it anytime in your profile
View, reschedule (by contacting the salon), or review your booking under Booking History in your profile.
Tip: Need to change or cancel? Call the salon on +357 99 977 218 — we'll handle it for you so your slot is freed up for someone else.
Gift Cards & Online Shop
Buy gift cards for yourself or loved ones, and redeem them when you book.

Buying a Gift Card

Open the Shop page
Click Shop in the top menu. Browse the gift card categories.

Choose a card and add it to your cart
Pick the amount or treatment, then Add to Cart. For the Custom Value Gift Voucher, enter any amount between €20 and €1000 — perfect when you want a specific value that isn't listed. You can buy several at once.

Personalise it (optional)
For gift vouchers, add a recipient name, who it's from, and a personal message — these appear on the email your recipient receives.

Checkout securely with Stripe
Enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout. You'll see a success page once payment goes through.

Good to know: Digital gift vouchers are emailed to you (or your recipient) within moments of payment — the unique code is ready to use straight away.
Watch out: Hand-crafted cards start as Pending after purchase. The salon prepares your physical card and it's ready to collect — we'll let you know when.
Using a Gift Card to Book

Book as normal
Choose your treatment, date, and time as described in the Booking guide.

At Payment, choose Gift Voucher
Enter your gift card code and tap Validate. You'll see the remaining balance and how much will be applied.

The credit is deducted automatically
If the card covers the full price, your booking is confirmed with no further payment. If it only covers part, you can pay the remainder online or at the salon.
Good to know: You don't have to spend the whole card at once. Any leftover credit stays on the code for your next visit — the balance updates automatically each time you use it.
Tip: To check your balance without booking, open your profile and go to Gift Cards — every card you own and its remaining credit is listed there.
Bundle Deals — A Course of Treatments
A Bundle Deal lets you pre-pay for a course of treatments (typically 5 sessions) at a discounted price. You redeem one credit each time you book that treatment — no payment needed at each visit.

Buy a Bundle Deal from the Shop
Browse the shop and choose a Bundle Deal for your favourite treatment. Checkout as normal with Stripe.

It appears in your Profile automatically
Once payment is confirmed, the bundle appears under Bundle Deals in your profile with all credits ready to use.

Book as normal — choose Bundle Deal at Payment
When booking the matching treatment, select Bundle Deal Credit at the Payment step instead of paying online or at the salon. One credit is deducted automatically.
Good to know: The 8-week countdown starts from your first session, not from the purchase date — so you can buy in advance and start when you're ready.
Watch out: Bundle credits are valid for 8 weeks from the date of your first appointment. Use all sessions before the expiry date shown in your profile.
Tip: A bundle is tied to a specific treatment — you can only redeem it when booking that exact treatment. You'll see only matching bundles when booking.
After Your Purchase
Success Page
Right after checkout, you see your order number and any voucher codes generated
Branded Voucher PDF
Digital gift vouchers arrive as a branded PDF — with the salon logo, your gift code, personalisation, and a QR code. Emailed automatically; forward it to your recipient.
Confirmation Email
A receipt is emailed to you with your voucher codes and a link to your profile
In Your Profile
Every purchase appears under Online Purchases, and codes under Gift Cards

Your Profile
Manage your bookings, purchases, gift cards, invoices, and medical details in one place.
What's in Your Profile
Sign in and click your name (or Profile) to open your personal dashboard. It has five tabs:

All your past and upcoming appointments
Online Purchases
Every order from the shop, with voucher codes
Gift Cards
Your gift card codes and remaining balances
Bundle Deals
Your pre-paid treatment courses — credits, expiry & session history
Invoices
Download any invoice or receipt as a PDF

Booking History

Open the Booking History tab
Every appointment you've made shows here — upcoming first, then past ones.

See the full details
Each booking shows the treatment, date, time, therapist, price, and payment status.

Need to change or cancel?
Call the salon and we'll update it for you. This keeps the calendar accurate and frees your slot for someone else.
Good to know: Your booking history is private — only you and the salon can see it.
Online Purchases

Open the Online Purchases tab
Every order from the shop is listed with its order number, date, and total.

View the items and voucher codes
Click an order to see what you bought and the gift card codes that were generated for it.
Tip: Lost the email with your voucher code? You'll always find every code here, ready to copy and use when booking.
Gift Cards

Open the Gift Cards tab
Every gift card linked to your email is shown with its code and remaining balance.

Check your balance anytime
No need to call — your current balance is right here. It updates automatically each time you use the card.

Use the code when booking
Copy the code and paste it at the Payment step of booking to redeem it.
Watch out: Gift cards bought as gifts for someone else are linked to the buyer's email, not the recipient's. If you received a card as a gift and don't see it, the purchaser can share the code with you directly.
Bundle Deals

Open the Bundle Deals tab
Every pre-paid treatment course linked to your email is shown here — with the treatment name, remaining credits, and expiry date.

Check your remaining credits
Each bundle shows how many sessions you have left (e.g. 3/5). Active bundles are highlighted; expired ones are shown separately so you can see what you've used.

View your session history
Click the history icon on any bundle to see a session-by-session breakdown — which credit was used, the appointment date and time, and when it was redeemed.

Use a credit when booking
When booking the matching treatment, choose Bundle Deal Credit at the Payment step. One credit is deducted automatically — no payment needed at the salon.

Invoices

Open the Invoices tab
Any invoice or receipt the salon has issued to you appears here.

Download as PDF
Click Download to save a copy for your records, or Email to me to receive it by email.
Medical Form

Open the Medical Form tab
Fill in your general health, any conditions, medications, and areas of discomfort — all in one place, online.

Mark any discomfort on the body diagram
Tap the areas on the body image where you'd like extra attention (or to avoid). This helps your therapist tailor your session.

Submit once — update anytime
After you consent and submit, the form is saved. You can update it later if anything changes.
Good to know: Filling in the medical form online saves time at the salon — you won't need to complete a paper form when you arrive.
Watch out: Your medical details are private and only visible to you and the salon staff who treat you.
Editing Your Details

At the top of your profile, find the details card
Your phone, address, and member-since date are shown. A green "verified" badge appears next to your phone once it's been confirmed via SMS.

Click Edit to update
Change your phone number or address, then save. This keeps your booking confirmations and reminders reaching the right place.
Tip: Keeping your phone number current is important — that's where your booking confirmations and reminders are sent by SMS.
Good to know: If you change your phone number, you'll be asked to verify the new one via SMS the next time you book. This is a one-time check per number.
Install Madara's App on Your Phone
You can add Madara's to your phone's home screen so it opens like a native app — no app store needed. Look for the Install Madara's App button on your profile page.
Good to know: Once installed, the app opens in full screen with its own icon — just like an app you'd download from the App Store or Play Store.
Tip: If you don't see the install button, your browser may not support app installation, or you may already have it installed. On iPhone, use Safari and tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen".
